A Readers Review: "This book arrived two days before one of my llamas had a very difficult birth. I was able to assess the situation using this book and call in help. Happy outcome so the book has already paid for itself as far as I am concerned. Set out in a very readable way, good index. at first I thought being ring bound was a disadvantage, but since our emergency I realise it is a good thing as I was able to bend the book right back and slip it in a plastic bag to take to the barn in the snow.

Covers all topics medical and management of llamas and alpacas. The language is easy to understand and I found the advice so far to be sound and positive, without replacing a vet's intervention. Covers signs and symptoms and administration of medications, including how to give injections.

Good afternoon, this may be a little random, but I have had an experience due to your shop!
I popped in a couple of weeks ago and picked-up a book for my grandma related to WW1 and Castle Donington. Through her reading of the book, we discovered that it had some relatives in it. We found out more information about our family history and how they passed in the war. I used this information to undertake some online/Facebook research and I am now in contact with some Austrian relatives.
