The Old Curiosity Bookshop 1st Book of Short Stories is now available worldwide on Amazon, Ingram and Barnes & Noble booklists.
We are celebrating with a party for all the contributing writers on Friday 9th August from 7pm. Many local writers sent in their short stories and fifteen were chosen to appear in the book which now has 25 incredible stories on a wide range of subjects – but all with that signature ‘twist in the tail’ ending. The writers are: (Alphabetically) John Constantinou, Ian Cook, Chris Davis, Sven Hallin, Jonathan Hill, June Hutchinson, Avril Macintyre, Christopher Mills, Scarlett Storer-Rowe, Mark Stretton, Angela Thody, Ricki Thomas, Christopher Vaughan-Jones, Tina Walford, and Stephanie Young,.
The Writers are a very mixed group of ages and professions and include; a teacher, a retired teacher, a business owner and entrepreneur, two University Lecturers; one retired and one current, a retired psychologist, a sales & marketing consultant, two engineers, a professional researcher, a guinness world record holder, a professional magician, a sound engineer, and a professional psychological crime author.
