If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.
To cancel, just complete the short form below. You will need your order number and the email address used for the order. We will email you confirmation once your request is received, so please check your spam folder if it does not arrive shortly.
After cancelling, please return the books to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once we receive the books back in their original condition, we will refund you within 14 days.
